The presence of volunteers provides clients with comfort and compassion during uncertain times. We appreciate all of the time and energy our amazing volunteers give to Helping Hand Pregnancy Center. Each volunteer makes an enormous difference in the lives of our clients and their families. Every Client and their family has a unique set of emotional, physical, social, and spiritual needs. Our staff and volunteers form a solid team that ensures that all needs are being met.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: PRAYER - Contact us for more information about joining in devotions and prayer, or join the community at National Day of Prayer, the March for Life, or 40 Days for Life. COMMUNITY CONNECTOR – Liaison to your church, or contact person for your organization, school, or community. BUILDING MAINTENANCE - Handyman, painting, snow removal, window washing other. PHOTOGRAPHER - For baby, family, and senior pictures of clients. CRAFT ASSISTANCE - Help clients create a 12 X 12 scrapbook page featuring the baby. BOUTIQUE - Assist with sorting seasonal baby clothing, management, and rotation. OUTREACH - Join us at booths at the county fair, local parade float entries, or outreach tables at schools. SOCIAL MEDIA - Like and Share information from our social media posts - help spread the word! DECORATOR - Christmas office decor, Holiday window painting, or the banquet. NATIONAL SANCTITY OF HUMAN LIFE SUNDAY - Help organize presentations and activities. RADIO PSA - Read a scripted prolife message on local radio on our behalf. FALL FUNDRAISING BANQUET - Help plan and organize, recruit guests, help decorate, clean up YOUTH or CHURCH or CIVIC GROUP - Schedule a tour of our facilities and hear a mission update. RECEPTIONIST - Greet clients, organize and scan curriculum, write thank-you notes. SCHOOL AIDE – Work 1-2 hours, conduct educational games, activities, information, and prizes. BOARD OF DIRECTORS - Apply to be a member on our governing board. Child Passenger Safety Technician - Become certified, and join us in preventing injuries. OTHER WAYS TO DONATE: FOOTWEAR - Donate baby’s first pair of tennis shoes for walking (infant sizes 3-5); basic snow boots for women in small sizes 5-7.5 SEASONAL GIFTS - Adopt a special occasion and donate 50- 60 small identical gifts of encouragement. Perhaps at Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day. Thanksgiving or Baby’s First Birthday. FORMULA – Unopened, unexpired baby formula. CLOTHING – Maternity Clothes; New and gently used baby clothes, sizes Newborn – 2T BABY EQUIPMENT - Infant swings, activity centers, walkers, bathtubs, little toys. SEWING and HANDCRAFTED ITEMS - Baby and adult quilts, hooded baby towels.
